AIRPORT ' 77

Greetings one and all who love old soundtracks and new ones.  This is my weekly soundtrack review blog of old movies to the Now. I was born in 1977 and I figured it would be fun to start something weekly with things I love. Soundtracks. Everyone has heard them and sometimes no one appreciates them.  This Week is Airport ' 77. The Film was directed by Jerry Jameson. The film had a basic disaster feel to it and the music was not that impressive. The movie starred Jack Lemmon and Lee Grant of Note. Anyway the plot was that Art thieves hijacked a 747 hit fog then the plane crashed into the ocean which trapped the passengers under 100 feet of water. So my goal is to give you a sense of the music without violating copyrights. With the score all you can really find is one theme from the movie. Yes, its that old. ITunes only has one song and its hard to get any songs of that era.

Here is the Link to the Amazon Page where you can buy a song of this film...

This is a sequel to three different films about airplanes falling out of the skies to the ocean. So that is all for this week. Here is the link to ITunes for the song.

Just know that it is there. Look under Airport '77 and you'll find the theme. So have a fantastic week and next week I will bring you a music from The Black Pearl. See ya next week.
