Phantasm (1979)

Phantasm, This was about a boy who had lost his parents and always had a problem with trusting the mortuary. Especially the Tall Man that ran it. His friend Reggie believes him and they realize that The Tall Man has a supernatural other worldly motive behind everything. Directed by Don Coscarelli and the score was done by Fred Myrow & Malcolm Seagrave, who give us the iconic themes to this film.

You can find the soundtrack on Amazon, Its just that it is over $100 for the price.

The best link I can give you is on ITunes and it's just the theme.

Here are some clips though from Youtube and you can appreciate a true sci-fi horror fantasy film

This is the main theme...

Here is the intro theme...

  1. Your soundtrack clip on "Just a dream?" was really cool and it is nice to hear something that you like to share too. Thanks for posting here and sharing it. Do you know how many people check out your blog online? Is there a way to check that anywhere? Would like to know someday. Anyway, it is nice that you put the clips here for sampling. I am glad you are allowed permission. Have a good day and talk to you later, hopefully. Lve your sister!
